I worked with Wendy while I was a contractor at Springer. After she learned that my mother was very sick and in a nursing home, she gave me a small angel that I in turn gave to my Mom. I'll always remember her as a truly kind and generous person. I just found out about her passing as I was trying to find an address for her while completing my Christmas card list.
