I am sorry I was unable to make the wake last night. Paulie and I grew up together with the rest of the kids on our block. We had great times playing all sorts of sports. I remember when Paul put together a JC rec team with all the neighborhood kids. Our fathers worked together in Hoboken and we went on many of the Maxwell House company trips to Shea Stadium to see the Mets. Very good times! I was glad to be able to reconnect with Paulie on Facebook several years back and was saddened to find out the other day that he had passed unexpectedly. Rest in the peace of Our Lord, brother. Condolences and prayers to the Lewandowski family.
