Obituary of Antonio L Urdaneta

Antonio "Tony" Loreto Urdaneta, 59, of West New York, NJ, passed away on May 21, 2023. He was born on December 10, 1963, in Havana, Cuba, to his parents who have since passed away. Tony was a truck driver by profession and had a passion for coaching baseball. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, smoking cigars, and watching sports.

Tony had a larger-than-life personality and was known for his honesty and authenticity. He was survived by his wife Carmen Urdaneta, three children, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, his sister Maria Gladys Cowan, and extended family.

Services for Tony will be held at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 4 pm to 9 pm. He will be deeply missed by all who know him.

Antonio "Tony" Loreto Urdaneta, 59, de West New York, NJ, falleció el 21 de mayo de 2023. Nació el 10 de diciembre de 1963 en La Habana, Cuba, de sus padres que ya fallecieron.  Tony era camionero de profesión y le apasionaba entrenar béisbol. Le gustaba pasar tiempo con sus nietos, fumar puros y ver deportes.

Tony tenía una personalidad más grande que la vida y era conocido por su honestidad y autenticidad. Le sobreviven su esposa Carmen Urdaneta, tres hijos, ocho nietos, un bisnieto, su hermana María Gladys Cowan y familia extendida.

Los servicios para Tony se llevarán a cabo en Jorge Rivera Funeral Home el miercoles 24 de mayo de 2023, de 4:00 p. m. a 9:00 p. m. Sera profundament extrañada por todos los que lo conocieron.
